I had multiple quotes from local CCTV installers. What made Nexa stand out from rest is their no compromise in quality principle. While the local installers suggested. DS-7608NXI-K1 NVR, Nexa advised to buy DS-7608NXI-K2 because it has two channels of perimeter motion detection compared to just one channel in K1 model at just few hundred Rs more. They only do cabling with premium Belden or Finolex cables compared to cheaper D link cables done by others. The Cameras they installed were also the latest ultra series compared to older value series suggested by locals at a little extra price. This no compromise in Quality in any part of the installation to save a little money is what make Nexa stand out from the rest. In fact, they don’t even do Analog CCTV installation because they believe the tech is too outdated for modern security. They also have one year onsite warranty where they will provide temporary replacement when our device need service.
The office women were very helpful in making an appointment for site visit by technician, preparing estimate and payment. The installation was done very professionally by Gireesh and his 3 coworkers
They also have a YouTube channel run by owner known as Nexa system which providers comprehensive guide for consumers on CCTV devices and installation.

They are some further improvements they can make in the service. They didn't update the NVR or Camera to latest firmware during installation. I had do it later with some research. I hope they make it habit of updating the firmware and also teaching less tech savvy customers how to do it periodically for up to date security and functionality. They also suggested V guard UPS as backup for our CCTV system. However V guard don't have auto restart when power comes back function which is critical for CCTV UPS. Otherwise UPS have to be manually turned on again if it turns off due to low battery to restart CCTV. A lot of other brands have auto restart function.

I highly recommend Nexa systems for anyone looking for a professional, high-quality CCTV installation with no compromise in Quality in Kerala.

We are very impressed with the NEXA CCTV installation service! The team were professional, from the beginning Ms. Krishnaja given very good coordination/ clarification over the phone for my each enquiries. During site visit Mr. Mibin clearly advised suitable camera & products to meet my requirement. On the installation schedule, Mibin & technical arrived on time, and worked efficiently. They carefully placed each camera for full coverage, ensuring no blind spots around my property. The camera quality is excellent, with clear footage both day and night. I also appreciate the mobile app, which is intuitive and makes it easy to check live footage or recorded events. I feel much safer and would highly recommend NEXA service!
Hope same good service will be provided in after service as well.

I had recently entrusted Nexa System, Kochi for supplying and installing an IP camera based surveillance system at my house in Maramon, Pathanamthitta district.

Project coordinator Krishnaja was quick in responding to my enquiry and arranged a site survey by a technician and based on it submitted a quote. Once I approved, very next day Nexa team of six technicians started the work. Their technicians are knowledgeable, well trained and most importantly well behaved. Installation and configuration was completed in two days. All items used for installation was as per approved quote and devices were all in tamper proof sealed packets. Special thanks to Mr.Shinu for visiting the site and doing fine tuning of the configuration and Praveena for providing the Invoice and receipts on time.

I am very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to others.
